Back on Lookout Mountain via Divide Trail, Badger Creek Wilderness, Oregon - Always Ants
Join me as I take in the vistas atop Lookout Mountain in the Badger Creek Wilderness in Oregon in July 2023.
Curious about the east approach to this summit, I took the Divide Trail from near Flag Point, a journey of only 3.1 miles or so a 5k but with the steepness and elevation gain it was the hardest 5k in recent memory.
Along with good views, a challenging trail run, and windy weather, I found, as always, ants.
