Gear Review: Northside sandals, Part 1- Unboxing and First Impressions - Always Ants
Join me as I try out some free sandals courtesy of Northside USA.
In late 2022 the company, based in Washington, offered me free sandals from new old stock of their now-retired Riverside II model, as well as a free pair of their current model, the Riverside Lite to try out, and here I show you their unboxing as well as my first impressions of their appearance and design.
The package, I was happily surprised to discover, contained multiple pairs in three different styles, and I was stunned by the quantity of free footwear this Pacific Northwest company sent me. Their Customer Service is top-notch and after getting (with repairs of course) easily 8 or more years out of their older models, you cannot dispute that, especially for the price, their sandals are worth every penny.
I'll be updating with a check-in on their condition after a month or so on the Riverside II, and after 50 miles of trail running on the Riverside Lite.
