This gentle yoga practice is created for seniors, as well as beginners who are new to yoga, with no standing poses, 6 direction spinal movements for stimulating circulation. Using props are highly recommended, like blankets, block, or books. Don't refuse to use props if you are new to yoga, it can actually help the process easier and more comfortable. :)
