Once I sprained my right wrist during my practice, It took me 2 months to heal. Those poses on hands were really beating me. Some modifications like cupcake hands or fists didn't really work for me. I found the best way to modify poses on hands is to just use forearms, wrist-free! If you have the same situation, you can still practice yoga asanas. Join me for the 7 minutes practice focusing on core and hip flexors.
