Wake up with back pain or soreness? Try out this 25-minute yoga gentle stretch that can help quickly relieve the pain and soreness. This practice is also my morning routine. My back pain problem acts up from time to time. I combined my favorite poses and found out this sequence could quickly fix my back pain and stiffness in the morning. Make it a routine, practice consistently, do spend time on taking care of yourself.
Remember to listen to your body and use props generously. Hope this practice can help you get some relief.
