Some of the more challenging aspects of relationships come down to the The Pursuer and Distancer/Withdrawer dynamics. Often one of the partners is 'The Pursuer', the one who is looking for more connection and validation. Yet because of their past experiences, it does not feel fulfilling and they may come across as possessive and insecure. They've developed a somewhat #Anxious #Attachment style and have learned to pursue their partner and aspects of the relationship.
