How to Make Delicious Stuffed Potato Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
700g potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
Oil for frying
2 onions
1 red bell pepper
250g chicken breast
Oil for frying
15g of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Dried basil
150ml sweet cream
Spring onions
150g of cheddar cheese
RECIPE
Grate potatoes, onion and carrot. Add the minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper and mix together. Beat the egg and stir in. Stir in the flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the potato mixture. Press flat and fry on both sides until golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Chop the onions. Cut the red bell pepper into cubes. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Fry the onions. Add the peppers and fry for a further 2 minutes. Add the chicken breast and the spices and fry until the meat is browned. Add the sweet cream and cook until the cream thickens. Chop the spring onions and mix into the filling. Grate the cheese. Fill the prepared potato pancakes with the chicken filling and cheese. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheese has melted.
