INGREDIENTS
30g butter
25g cocoa
70g sugar
1 egg
40g flour
¼ tsp baking soda
60ml milk
70ml milk for pouring
200ml heavy cream
200g milk chocolate
RECIPE
Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the cocoa. Add the sugar and egg and mix. Sieve the flour, add the baking soda and milk and stir. Bake under the lid at a low temperature for about 10 minutes. Once baked, leave the cake to cool, place in a deep dish and pour over the milk. While the milk is soaking into the cake, prepare the glaze. Pour the hot heavy cream over the milk chocolate pieces, allow the chocolate to warm up and stir until smooth. Pour the glaze over the cake and leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes
