🥩 INGREDIENTS:
For the beef:
✅ 700g beef
✅ 20g oil for frying
✅ 40g butter
✅ 1 red onion (chopped)
✅ 1 carrot (diced)
✅ 3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
✅ 2 tbsp sour cream
✅ 1-2 tbsp tomato purée
✅ Fresh parsley (for garnish)

For the mashed potatoes:
✅ 600g potatoes
✅ 30g butter
✅ 100ml warm milk

👨‍🍳 RECIPE:
1️⃣ Sear the Beef: Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as it cooks. Remove from the pan.
2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies: Melt butter in the same pan. Add the chopped onions, carrots, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
3️⃣ Simmer & Flavor: Return the beef to the pan, add 300ml water, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour until fork-tender.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce: Stir in sour cream and tomato purée. Add a little more water if needed. Return the meat, sprinkle with parsley, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
5️⃣ Creamy Mashed Potatoes: Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash with butter and warm milk until smooth.
