INGREDIENTS
400g puff pastry
100g tomato sauce
300g bacon
140g cheese
Fresh scallions
Salt
Pepper
Paprika powder
1 egg
Dill
100g sour cream
3 garlic cloves

RECIPE
Spread out the puff pastry and cover with tomato sauce. Arrange slices of bacon on top. Chop the spring onions and sprinkle over the bacon. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the bacon and spring onions. Add paprika powder, salt and pepper to taste. Roll up tightly, cut into rounds and place in a greased tin. Bake in an oven heated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes. In the meantime, place the sour cream in a bowl, chop and add the dill. Grate the garlic cloves, add salt and stir everything together.
