4–5 medium potatoes
Salt to taste
20g butter
150ml milk
1 large onion
Olive oil
300g canned tuna
2 tbsp tomato purée
80g grated mozzarella
Fresh herbs for garnish

Hello friends! Today we're cooking a super easy and budget-friendly recipe that’s absolutely packed with flavor. Let’s get started!
Boil the Potatoes: Cut potatoes into chunks, add to a pot with salted water, and boil until tender.
Make the Tuna Filling: While potatoes are cooking, heat olive oil in a pan. Chop and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the canned tuna and tomato purée. Pour in 1–2 ladles of the potato broth, stir, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Mash the Potatoes: Drain the cooked potatoes, add butter, and mash. Gradually add hot milk and mash until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Bake: In a baking dish, layer half the mashed potatoes, then half the tuna mixture. Repeat the layers. Top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake: Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh herbs and enjoy this cozy dish with your loved ones!
