The best coaches know that lasting results require getting long term buy-in & involving clients in the process.
This will ALWAYS be important than perfect programming (doesn't exist).
It doesn't mean you don't have a strong and proven plan to help clients get results (people still want that) but approaching it from a team planning perspective vs. authoritarian coach can have a powerful impact on their mindset and personal approach towards training altogether.
Going from "I have to do this thing"
To "I get to do this thing."
👆🏼This is where the magic happens
⚠️MESSAGE FOR CLIENTS⚠️
If you aren't willing to get involved & take some ownership in creating the plan - if you just want someone to tell you what to do 2x/week and what to eat..... then you will not succeed🤷🏻.
