From the trainer standpoint of view, being able to see at different angles to figure out what’s going on. To the actual support and interaction. Which maybe even the biggest value for that person. For them to know I’m not just here training them but I’m actually interacting with them as they go through the workout.

You also never know who is watching you. What if someone else that may be a potential client is at the gym that day? Or an old friend who could use word of mouth on the street talking about your business and what you do.

For all reasons this idea of your position when you’re working with clients is a lot more than just getting an eye on what’s going on with the exercise and being able to count reps. It really is a definition of how you interact with that person and the kind of relationships that you’re building as you go throughout your training session.

This can go a long way not only with the clients who are working with you now but potentially those who might be your clients down the road.

So think about powerful positions when you’re working with clients and we know it’s going to make a difference
