Hello, pregnant beauty. Even when you feel huge and unwieldy in the last weeks of pregnancy, you are still a beauty!

Today's practice will allow you to lazily but effectively warm up, stretch and help your body prepare for childbirth. Exercising regularly, staying in motion until the last day of pregnancy (even if it is just moving your head to warm up your neck), increases your chances of experiencing a natural and pleasant birth!

Moms of To Be in the first and second trimester, as well as moms with diastasis are also invited to the practice. We will not concentrate on restoring the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, since the practice is still for pregnant women, but there will be no load on the rectus abdominis muscles in this class.

Before starting the classes, it is important to consult with a doctor and make sure that you can do it! Be attentive and take care of your body and the new life inside you.
