Moving from Chaturanga Dandasana to Urdhva Mukhasvanasana (upward facing dog) is done by synchronising the body with the breath on the inhalation.
As you flow forward and upward with the inhalation the opening, lengthening expanding expression of the breath is experienced in the body.
In this video, Scarlett shares how that expression extends fully and completely through the entirety of the body... even to the extent that one can feel the nostrils flaring open!
