Over the past 10 years in Germany, I've constantly encountered active seniors who go to free gyms in the park or various classes, paid for by their insurance, of course. Every time I come to Ukraine, I think about how much harder it is for our seniors to stay active. They have other problems, other concerns, and no one motivates them to exercise. I sincerely wish our seniors had the same social support as in European countries. Everyone needs to work on their own motivation. It would be even better if the younger generation helped seniors stay more active throughout their lives. I recommend these exercises for sharing with your grandparents!
