1 large egg
3 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon paprika powder
½ teaspoon thyme
3 tablespoons olive oil
600g chicken fillet
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika powder
100g sun-dried tomatoes
1 paprika
1 tablespoon tomato paste
250ml chicken stock
100ml cream
60g parmesan
100g spinach
Fresh parsley
🍳 Recipe Steps 🍳
Prepare and Fry the Chicken:
Crack the egg into a bowl. In another dish, mix flour with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Dip chicken in egg, coat with seasoned flour, and fry in hot oil until golden. Set aside.
Sauté the Veggies:
In the same pan, add chopped onion and cook until soft. Add minced garlic, paprika, and oregano. Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and diced red pepper. Add tomato purée and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
Pour in chicken stock and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and return the chicken to the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
Finish and Serve:
Remove chicken again, add spinach and cheese to the sauce. Stir until melted and creamy. Return chicken, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with your favorite side.
