Yogurt soup
In the local language, it is called Qatoq shorba, it is one of those dishes that is made with a little difference in many parts of Iran.
The special vegetable for this dish is a local forest plant called Salaf, which is smaller and thinner than spinach leaves and has a special taste. Wheat flour, Salaf, rice, garlic, oregano and yogurt are the main ingredients of this soup.

Interestingly, this soup must be eaten cold.

Sasang village is located near Minodasht city in Golestan province, I am grateful to Mrs. Leila and Mrs. Kulthum who worked hard and made this delicious soup.
