Kachi, Zir Josh, Aroghan, Breshtok, Godakhte, etc. are different names of local Halva that is prepared in many regions of Iran, although with a slight difference in ingredients, Arogan is the most famous Halva in Fars province. And especially in Eqlid city, one of the traditions of Eqlid is to make this Halva on the day after the wedding.
Rice flour, wheat flour, oil, saffron, pistachios, hazelnuts, walnuts, and finally the main ingredient of this delicious Halva, which the people of Eqlid call Aroghan drug, and it is sold in Attari called Aroghan drug or Kachi drug, and the powdered mixture is more than Forty herbs are tonic.
