Stuffed chicken, local dish of Arsanjan, Fars province
This stuffed chicken, which in the local dialect is called Murgh o Tek, is the ceremonial food of Arsanjani people in the north of Fars province. It is usually prepared for Nowruz Eid or days that have very special guests.
