In this video I was introduced to a "new to me" 22 count burpee combination. This new burpee combines two well know burpees. The bodybuilder burpee and the kick-out, or army ranger burpee.
Today I completed 100 reps of this new 22 count burpee combination, with a good friend of mine @brunocalver2968 . Bruno and I have recently connected through the channel, and he is the one who introduced this new burpee combination to me.

I'll leave you with this. It was nice, as well as a good bit of exercise doing these 100 burpees. However, if I'm being honest, the best part of this video for me, is the human connection made with another like minded individual. Thankfully over the last number of years, I've had the opportunity to make similar connections with other great people, such as yourselves.
