THE WORKOUT
1 round or cycle is the following:
1 1 pump burpee - 1 squat
1 navy seal burpee - 3 squats
1 5 pump navy seal burpee - 5 squats
Repeat this 5 times
Then do 5 pull-ups and 5 chin-ups.
Repeat for 10 rounds.
