We all have that feeling. Overwhelmed. Pushed to our limits. And that's all before we left work. Add the strains of parenthood or adulthood and it's a wonder alcohol is such profitable industry.

Well today, I'll show you how to Say NO ... This is our biggest problem, we don't say No. We do more than we can handle, we take on more than we want, and it draining us.

I remember it like it was yesterday. It was my second year of grad school, projects galore, working full time, just diagnosed with Celiac disease and I was being pulled in different directions from my co-workers, employer, group members, and trying to take care of myself!

I felt stretched to the point of feeling as flat as a pancake. Feel familiar? Do you ever start thinking to yourself, "Gosh, I'm doing a lot for everyone else!" "Why can't I ever just say no?" And more often, "Why is it so hard to say "no" to everyone else except myself?"

Me too! If this is the running commentary going on in your mind -- don't worry, it's normal! Until...

I learned to use the "n" word -- NO, in a big way. I quit my job, I delegated tasks to group members, I said no to dinners and happy hours with friends and started saying YES to me. And, it was one of the most uplifting days of my life.

It was this act of saying "No" that literally saved my life and helped me to preserve my emotional and physical health.

Keep reading and watching and then c'mon over to http://www.mykitchenshrink.com/etv/n-... and find out 3 polite ways to say NO! Please leave your comments below and tell me how you plan to say "NO" this week!
