Iran with all its beauties is not "far away"
Tarkhne Do or Tarkhine Dogh is one of the Iranian dishes made with Tarkhine. Araki people like this dish very much. Tarkhine is also made in many regions of Kurdistan, Lorestan and Kermanshah, which of course differ in cooking method. The existence of this, unfortunately, is only known in the world as Tarkhine of Turkey.

My father liked this soup very much, he himself was from the beautiful and old village of Kororood, a village that is now part of Arak city and has lost its beautiful and old atmosphere, and the apartments are replacing them. It's a pity that most of the gardens and old houses of Korerud were destroyed.
