La nuova serie “The hangar78 stories” racconta le storie e le esperienze dei grandi chef che sono passati in hangar78, la scuola di cucina e pasticceria di Silikomart.
Lo scorso 7 febbraio hangar78 ha ospitato il Team Malaysia composto da Wei Loon TAN per lo zucchero, Otto TAY per il cioccolato e Ming Ai LOI, vincitore della "Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie" 2019.
Ispirazioni e gusti esotici tra tartes, monoporzioni e pièces artistiche.

The new series “The Hangar 78 Stories” tells about the stories and experiences of the great chefs who came to Hangar 78, the cooking and pastry school by Silikomart.
On 7th February hangar78 hosted the Malaysian team, composed by Wei Loo TAN for the sugar showpieces, Otto Tay for the chocolate showpieces and Ming Ai LOI, winner of the "Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie" 2019.
