The new series "The hangar78 Stories" tells the stories and experiences of the great chefs who have passed through hangar78, Silikomart’s cooking and pastry school.
In the seventh episode of “The hangar78 Stories” fourth season, we met the chef Nicolas Lambert. After some working experiences with internationally renowned pastry chefs such as Christophe Michalak and Jérôme De Oliveira, Nicolas decides to leave his motherland for some new adventures in Asia and Russia.
Thanks to his international experience, he has so much creativity and inspiration to crafts the desserts with unicity and elegance for the Saint Petersburg’s Four Seasons Hotel.
