From the beginning of September to the middle of November, the Eqlidians perform this beautiful and old custom of making their clods.
In this ritual, Euclidean farmers invite their friends, acquaintances, and people to thank them for the harvest, and they make a furnace with large lumps of land on the plowed land. It is heated by the heat of a hot fire, the coals are taken out and the potatoes are poured into the oven and then they are pounded. About an hour later, the cooked and delicious potatoes are ready, which has a special and unique taste, especially with salt. pepper and mountain thyme, some use local butter or lemon to make it more delicious.
The interesting thing is that all the work of this ceremony is done by the men of the family and when it is ready, the women are welcomed by the men.
In Shahrivar, Mehr and Aban, if you travel to Eqlid, you can see this beautiful scene in the evenings, especially near sunset, next to most of the gardens and fields.
