Why is it better to skip breakfast, and what are the risks of skipping it?
I often hear: "I don't like breakfast," they say, "it's better not to skip it, do I have to eat it?"
Who said it's important?
Well, if you don't have an appetite for breakfast, you can't eat, so what difference does it make what time you eat?
If you have a daily food allowance, and you should, then you can have breakfast even at 1 PM. Your main goal is to fit it all into the day.
Everyone's body is different. Some people are comfortable spreading their allowance over five meals, some over three, and some over two.
It all depends on your goals and objectives.
If your goal is transformation, and you eat two or three times a day, meet your allowance, you're changing, you're comfortable, and your digestion is comfortable, then what difference does it make how many meals you eat?
The most important thing is your daily food intake.
Based on my own experience and that of my clients, breakfast can be at 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, or even 3:00 PM, but I still manage to fit in my entire daily intake. I'm flexible, I'm comfortable, I'm not hungry, I'm in a state of flux—why would I eat breakfast if I don't want to?
Therefore, choose a number of meals that you're comfortable with, even if you move your breakfast to lunch.
Conversely, when you have no appetite in the morning and don't want breakfast, but still force yourself to eat, your body experiences this as stress, and during stress, our body actually slows down.
Your goal, on the contrary, is to be as comfortable as possible. If you're comfortable, you'll adapt, you'll feel good, and you'll be in a state of flux.
