In this tutorial I will be showing you the simplicity of building prop knives out of several materials. This quantity of knives is to demonstrate that it does not take a high budget, uncommon power tools or a master level of DIY skills. The Eva Foam was the only knife that needed help from uncommon power tools, the rest had power tools used to reduce build time.

Difficulty rating: (easy to hard)
Cardboard, Balsawood, Styrofoam, EVA Foam, MDF, Hard Wood, PVC plastic.
Convention friendly rating: (permitted to maybe denied)

Materials:
Tas Oak, PVC Plastic, Balsawood, Eva foam, cardboard, Styrofoam, paper core, coat hanger wire, hot glue, contact cement, super glue, fibreglass resin, body filler, gap filler, primmer, plaster dip, spray paint (flat black, satin clear), acrylic (black, silver, brown), white shoelace.

Tools used:
Coping saw, hand saw, jig saw, circular saw, orbital sander, rasp and files, sandpaper, Stanley knives, rotary tool, angle grinder, paint brushes, cutting mat, etc.
