I really enjoy the pyramid style workouts. There is a natural warm up and cool down built into the beginning and the end.
This one is brutal on the legs! The lunges were tough, especially in rounds 9,10 and 9. If you want to have sore legs for a few days, give this pyramid of pain a try for yourself!
