A delicious local snack that must be mixed by hand, Changmal
One of the popular snacks of the people of Eqlid city in Fars province is this delicious food, which is called Changal in the local dialect.
Changal is actually a combination of fresh bread, local oil and grape juice, which is the complete food of the old Eqlid gardeners, and because it must be mixed by hand, it is known as Changal.
Most of the people of Eqlid have a garden and they usually eat this food in the garden and cook the bread in a fire oven, the bread cooked in this way is called Char Seng bread.
