20 Minute Slow & Steady Flow - for those days when you just want to move with your breath and need to hit refresh.
The movements and transitions in this sequence are slowed down a bit - but nothing is held for more than a couple breaths and therefore there's not much explanation or instruction of poses. I don't recommend this class for beginning yogis.
I also give several options in class - including handstand and arm balance options if you want them, but I always give alternatives if you don't.
If you want some time to center and breathe before starting the flow, start in a steady mountain pose at the top of the mat. Start the video when you're ready to move.
To lengthen the flow and to round out the class, consider adding some of the following after the end of the video:
Hip Opener: Pigeon or Gomukasana
Inversion
Supine Twist
Savasana/Final Relaxation or Seated Meditation
Yoga is about listening to your body and choosing the best pose options for you. So do more of what feels good in this flow, and skip the poses or movements that don't.
I chose not to add music so that yogis who prefer not to practice with music would also enjoy. All of my yoga playlists on Spotify are public, so feel free to tap into those:

Enjoy!
