This is a 25 minute morning flow, that really could be practiced any time of day, but the intention behind sequencing was to gradually shift your body from bed into movement. We'll begin slowly with some spine mobility in child's pose and cat cow, before moving into some lengthening twists in low lunge. We'll ease ourselves into movement with some lunging sun salutations, building in cat cow lunge, lizard and malasana. We'll then connect to our feet in tree pose before moving into some warrior poses, plank work, and standing revolved balance. Finally, we will settle into a final malasana with an option for a bind, and then slow it down with some breath work in bound angle. This practice does not include savasana, but instead ends with our seated meditation in badha konasana to leave you energized for your day. If you want to round out your practice with a savasana, add an extra 5 minutes on the end for a total 30 minute practice.
This is a level 1-2 class with lots of options given. Yoga is about listening to your body and choosing the best pose options for you. So do more of what feels good in this flow, and skip the poses or movements that don't.

I chose not to add music so that yogis who prefer not to practice with music would also enjoy. All of my yoga playlists on Spotify are public, so feel free to tap into those:
