Planet Fitness Seated Leg Curl Beginners Safety Settings vs 30 Minute Express Yellow Prone Machine
At planet fitness there are two leg curl machines – the seated leg curl (the purple leg curl machine) is my first recommendation above the other one for safety , especially for previous knee injuries.
When there are multiple adjustment points for leg curls, then you know they are going to simply be more adaptable and safer (as a generalization).
The 30 minute express leg curl at planet fitness is a prone machine, laying on your stomach. This isn't ideal for some medical conditions, but also for usability and safety, I would stick to this one as a last resort if all the other machines are full, to be honest.
All of the 30 minute express (yellow machines) are going to be less safe IF you don't know how to set these settings just right In my course it gives you everything you need to know to assure safety and maximum health productivity also! I use planet fitness machines, all of them, for many of my examples within the course, also Nautilus machines and more to add soon!
