Maximum Contraction Points and Static Exercise for Seniors | High Intensity Strength Training

Accentuating the maximum contraction points during bodyweight or machine exercise is a wonderful SAFE way to increase intensity and get the most out of your training.

The goal of exercise is to contract the muscles until they can no longer momentarily contract.

When we have a good working relationship with each one of these maximum contraction points we can easily put workouts together or even instruct our own elderly parents or grandparents more easily to know mechanically what their bodies need to more easily reach high intensity.
