High Intensity Strength Training | Considerations After Doing Strength Training for 4-8 Months

Let's say you've been doing high intensity strength training for 4-10 months and you're wondering if anything "needs" to change about the workout -

Experimenting with a small change in either volume, frequency, or intensity could be a good step in the right direction.

My advice is to always just change one thing at a time, whether it is a seat setting on strength training machines, or putting a safety gap in the weight stack, anything of that nature, just be sure to only make one change at a time - that way you will know exactly what it was that got the fix when you find it!
