Women's Exercise in High Intensity Strength Training and Their Husband's Shock at the MOST Intense Workout Ever
It was always fun when introducing women's husbands to high intensity strength training and seeing the shock on their face when they realize this is the most intense and productive workout that they've ever done in their whole life.
This workout is truly safe for absolutely everyone and I've never had someone do it then think “oh I don't see the value in this”, but then again, I am an expert and a wealth of knowledge about the actual health benefits of the workout, most trainers are NOT, of course.
High intensity strength training really is for everyone, whether you're young, senior, male or female, this is the workout that the body needs to get all the benefits from exercise. Where “cardio” or steady state locomotive aerobic activity is vastly inferior to high intensity strength training in every result.
The public is still very deceived into believing the mythology of fitness that clouds our world. One of my favorite old books was called Science as a Candle in the Dark, A Demon Haunted World.
The sooner we can let go of untrue and unhelpful past orthodoxies, the better. It will take a massive shift and I'm here for it. High intensity strength training is here to stay as the mythology of fitness slowly becomes dust in the wind.
