"Oh spring, anyone will do" - This line can be read in different ways and is quite vague. If you stay literal, the line contains "anyone - good - spring", so "good" can technically refer to both "anyone" or "spring". Therefore it could also mean something like "Anyone's spring will do [=is good]". Note that spring often stands for youth, but also sex.
"Have I broken you?" - Kyo changed this line in this performance from "Are you broken?".
"On the other side of the wall where the organ resounds" - "Organ" as in the instrument.
"With the beautiful other side, upset at this manipulating character" - "Other side" as in "[the world/realm] beyond", not like in the line "On the other side of the wall [...]" where it simply describes one side of a wall.
Also, in case you're reading the Japanese lyrics, the kanji for "the other side" (彼方) are easily misread as "you" (あなた), but the bandscore specifies it as かなた.
"Still distorted" - As in "warped", but also in the figurative sense of "perverted", "wrong".
"This melody of screams" - Literally "played", "performed" screams, like you would play music on an instrument.
