"Utafumi" can be translated as "trampling on poetry", note however that the words "song" and "poetry" historically go hand-in-hand in Japanese, and in this song's title we see the kanji that refers more to "poetry" and "poems" read as what is nowadays a "song", even though in the past the word "song" was used to refer to "poems". Taking this into account, I think translations as "trampling on songs" or "trampling on lyrics" are also fair.
I picked their The World You Live In [Behind Closed Doors] concert for this song and it was requested by Savanah K. Enjoy!

Translation by me.

Annotations:

"My heart has been empty for over ten years" - "Empty" is literally "unmanned".

"Laughing foolishly" - Since this is onomatopoeia, imagine it as the actual sound of laughing foolishly.

"Those chit-chatting pieces of trash" - Probably unnecessary to mention, but "pieces of trash" is not to be taken literal, but as an insult.

"World of noise" - Specifically "unpleasant noise".

"If I could love from the bottom of my heart" - The original is quite vague here, so you could also read this line as "If I could love the bottom of my heart", "If you could [...]" etc.. Many different possibilities here.

"It would be a bit easier, wouldn't it?" - As in "it would be a relief".

---------------
I do not own Dir En Grey or any of their music or performances.
I translate for fun and wanted to share this translation.

Thank you for watching!
