"Remember it" - Not as in "learning" something, but "recalling" it.
"That, depicted by tracing the outlines [...]" - "That" is written in katakana in the lyrics, making it especially stand out, kind of like how you'd put something in italics to emphasize it.
"[...] is simply the scream of short paper dolls" - This is referring to paper mache. The word can also be used to describe something only being superficially good.
"You say we can still make it?" - As in still having enough time. Also, "we" is my own interpretation of this line; could also be "you" or "I", or "we" including or excluding (if read as a direct quote) the speaker.
"I wonder about that" - In the sense of "I'm not so sure that's the case".
