Unfortunately there are tons of videos on youtube and so many channels following the craze in the 80's to try to sell seated range of motion therapy as exercise. More Life Health Seniors is one of these “sit and be fit” type channels, and unfortunately do not get results for seniors and elderly.
Exercise MUST be intense enough to biologically produce a proper stimulus. Not one of the movements I saw in any of these videos could come even close to enough stimulus to improve elderly or senior health and extend their lives. Period.
