These high intensity strength training exercises without equipment will give you a good basic full body isometric at home workout. When we bring our full body to absolute muscle fatigue we also need to make sure we are letting the muscles rest and rebuild between strength training sessions. At least one day of rest between workouts is important. For most individuals two days of rest is even better.
Whether you are doing this bodyweight high intensity strength training workout at home or performing exercises on weight training machines like nautilus, having a fitness trainer observe and correct improper form will always help you keep the safest you can be.
