Play along in a flow that extends the entire spine.

Practice carefully constructs a ganda bherundasana (chin stand). This is a big pose. Extra care is given to the cervical spine (neck); props are *highly recommended*.

Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to explore
*pincha mayurasana (forearm stand) variations,
*vrschikasana (scorpion), *adhomukhavrksasana (handstand),
*ustrasana (camel),
*ustrasana 2 (flying camel), and *eka padarajakapotasana (single legged king pigeon, overhead grip).

There are lighter poses too.

I was short on time, so no chanting or designated pranayama.

If you have any neck issues, the peak pose (chin stand) should be be skipped. As always, you shoukd have Dr. approval before engaging in any exercise practice.
