Day 10 of Morning Pages. WARNING: This video contains explicit language, so if that's not your thing, don't watch. I didn't sleep very well and was not in the mood. I wanted to celebrate Day 10, double digits (woohoo!), but that didn't end up happening. Instead, I was tired and angry. It felt good to write angry. I was direct and to the point because I didn't have time for anything else. I didn't let my emotions completely take over, like I sometimes did when I was younger, but I definitely felt them when writing. Towards the end of the video I was talking about destroying what's inside of me, but after thinking about it, I should rather listen to what it's saying. From what I've been learning about energies, light and dark, they forever live inside of us. The point isn't to destroy anything, but to accept it all, to embrace the light and the dark, and to move beyond it. Becoming aware of this allows us to be everything while also moving towards a more balanced and harmonious life. Today I was not very balanced or harmonious! But that's okay. As they say in meditation, "begin again."

Morning Pages are “three pages of longhand writing, strictly stream-of-consciousness.” Julia Cameron is the creator of the Morning Pages. She writes about them in her book THE ARTIST’S WAY.

I'm doing these for 30 days, hopefully longer. As soon as I wake up, I write whatever comes to mind. I don't care about grammar; I don't care about subject matter; I don't care about anything but writing. It takes about 20-25 minutes. If you like, feel free to join in on the fun!
Also, if you do the Morning Pages, post how it's going in the comments. I am genuinely interested and will read and respond to all comments. That is all.
