Hi Everyone! Do this 5 minute Pilates Ab workout DAILY for your most fit abs especially if you're over 35! It is QUICK but INTENSE! I have been teaching these very same moves to my clients for over 2 decades, and now, you can start benefiting from them, too.
Again, it moves pretty quickly, and you'll see me performing a more advanced version, but it can be modified for more beginner and intermediate levels simply by putting your head down during the exercises, as well keeping the movements smaller.
