Hi friends! Try doing this 9 MIN Pilates Leg Series Routine to really help with the appearance of CELLULITE! This routine targets problems areas we tend to see over 40, like our outer thighs, hamstrings and glutes, but you'll also be using and strengthening your core the whole time to support all of the movements. Try adding ankle weights for an added challenge!
