This 9 MIN CARDIO KICKBOXING workout is super FAST & FUN and focuses on the application and form of the moves that will be covered. There are 3 moves in this video (HOOK PUNCH | UPPERCUT PUNCH | ROUNDHOUSE KICK), and once your'e done, you will feel more confident doing them than ever before!
Try to keep up, but always do the level you feel most comfortable with and hold onto a stable surface for support if needed. You don't have to go at my speed, but as you continue to practice this video, I hope we will fully be in sync!
