Hi friends! Try doing this 5 Minute PILATES Arm Workout for lean, long arms especially if you are over 40! We will be focusing on form, working your biceps, triceps, deltoids, chest and upper back muscles. Free weights are optional (1-3 lbs.) but recommended for best results.
