There are only 2 moves in this video (FRONT PUSH KICK + JAB/CROSS), but you will be kicking and punching like a pro by the end of it. It is quick, EFFECTIVE and most importantly, FUN!! It may start out on the slower side, but boy does it get INTENSE by the end of it! Don't forget to keep that rib cage closed, belly button in and squeeze that tush the entire time.
