Hi friends! Try doing this MIRACLE 5 minute stretch routing DAILY to prevent injury and increase your flexibility, especially if you are over 40! There are modifications and a choreographed sequence that you can follow. You can do these stretches any time of the day...before or after a workout, when you wake up or before bed, just be sure to get them in.

My mission is to share with you only routines and practices that I believe will help maintain your YOUTH and VITALITY always! The methods I share are ones that I regularly research and practice myself, but results will vary. All opinions are my own and please consult with your doctor prior to trying anything recommended, especially if you have pre-existing spinal issues or pain. Spinal flexion, and twisting (all part of this sequence) are not recommended for anyone with herniated discs.
